Carlos Bowyer

Carlos C. “Gabbo” Bowyer, 82, of Rupert passed on Wednesday, April 8, 2026 in Rainelle.

He was the son of William Earl Crowe and Mary Alice Gipson Bowyer.

Carlos was preceded in death by sister, Bonnie Lazzerine; a brother, William Bowyer; and step-father, William Crowe

Carlos is survived by his wife, June Elizabeth Deitz Bowyer; son, Brian (Neon) Bowyer; sisters, Patsy Sanford and Betty Rahmanty; and grandchildren, Keith Bowyer, and Courtney Terzic (T.Z.).

He was a certified electrician and member of the WV Bear Hunters Association Hall of Fame.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, April 13, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at Wallace Memorial Cemetery.
