Frank Fernandez

Frank Griffith Fernandez, 82, of Georgetown, TX formerly of White Sulphur Springs, WV passed away July 1, 2026 at his residence in Georgetown, TX.

He was born September15, 1943 the son of the late Frank and Rachel Griffith Fernandez.

Frank grew up in White Sulphur Springs, playing football for Coach George Piercy for the Green Devils.

After graduation, Frank moved to Dallas, TX to attend electronics school. He started a successful construction business and raised his family there. Frank later retired and bought a ranch in Oklahoma, raising cattle. After selling the ranch, Frank moved to Georgetown, TX.

He leaves behind sister Margaret Spinks of Richmond, KY and brother Wayne Fernandez (Linda) of Roanoke, VA., his daughter Rachell Schaff (Mark) of San Miguel, MX., son Tim Fernandez of Houston, TX., and son German Fernandez of Georgetown, TX.

A private family service was held in his honor at Hillcrest Cemetery in White Sulphur Springs, WV.
