 Charles L. “Charlie” Clendenin Jr. 66 , of White Sulphur Springs WV. Passed away peacefully in his sleep on August 4, 2026.

Born In Ronceverte WV to Charles L. Clendenin, Sr. and Darles Sparks Clendenin.

Other than his parents he was preceded in death by a nephew Joshua Clendenin.

Charlie had been a heavy equipment operator most of his life and most recently worked for Lynch Construction before he retired.

Charlie is survived by his wife Rebecca Ann Tanner Clendenin of White Sulphur Springs, son Cody Clendenin (Courtney) of White Sulphur Springs, daughter Jessica Toothman (Brian) of Ronceverte; grandchildren, Matthew and Caitlynn McMillion and Caiden Toothman all of Ronceverte, and Caleb and Corbin Clendenin of White Sulphur Springs; brother Jimmy Clendenin (Rhonda) of White Sulphur Springs; mother in law Betty Bennett; 2 stepsons James and Joey Honaker of White Sulphur Springs; nephews Jonas , Jake and Luke Clendenin, and a niece Samantha Tanner of Ohio
