Danny Boggs

Danny Lee Boggs, 66, of Glace, WV., went home to be with his Lord and Savior surrounded by his loved ones on June 22, 2026.

Born on November 16, 1959 in White Sulphur Springs, WV. and was the son of the late Dwight Boggs, Sr. and Rama Deskins Boggs.

Danny is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Elizabeth Boggs. They raised two sons, Kevin Boggs (Kristie), grandchildren Morgan Hoke (Dustin), Remington Boggs (Fiona), Megan Boggs, John Avery Bennett, Jocelyn Gwinn and Sawyer Boggs; Eric Boggs (Natasha), grandchildren Tanner and Leah. Morgan and Dustin Hoke gave him two beautiful great-grandchildren Wylder and Isla; brother Jackie Boggs and sister Joyce Spence.

Danny’s life was defined by hard work, dedication and love for his family. He believed anything worth doing was worth doing well, and passed that strong work ethic on to his sons through both his words and example.

His favorite place to be was on his mountain, where he found peace and purpose. Many of his happiest hours were spent in his workshop, creating and building with his hands. Danny found joy in crafting something special for those he loved.

We will cherish the memories we made with him and carry his legacy in our hearts.

Funeral services will be Friday June 26, 2026 at 2:00 PM at The Redemption Center, North, White Sulphur Springs (2838 Pocahontas Trail, White Sulphur Springs, WV 24986) with Pastor Garrett Bostic officiating, interment will follow on the family farm in Glace, WV. (1006 Hollywood-Glace Road, Union, WV 24983)

The family will receive family and friends from 12:00 PM until time of services on Friday June 26, 2026 at the church.
