Theodore Hanson

Theodore “Ted” Hanson, 78 passed away June 12, 2026 at his home.

Born in Rainelle, he was the son to the late Millard and Mildred Hanson.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Gloria; son, Duane, grandson Shannon; sister, and brother-in-law, Margaret and Chuck Baker; brother, Clarence tuck.

Survivors include his children, Barbara Carter of Renick, Vicki Bauwens of Chesterfield, VA, Jeanine Angus (Evin) of Renick, Robert Wood of Chesterfield, VA, Dierdre Blanto (Skip) of Louisa, VA and Nick Carter of Richmond, VA; 12 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; sisters, Deborah McGurty and Georgia Treadway.

Internment wil be private at the convenience of the family.
