Paul Adams, Jr.

Paul Ray Adams, Jr, of Backus Mountain passed away on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at his home.

He was born on January 24, 1940 in Peoria, Illinois; he was the son of the late Paul Ray Adams, Sr. and Opal E. Riley Adams.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Glorianna Adams; brothers, Chuck Adams and James (Betty) Adams.

Those left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Gloria Marie Adams Colvell; sons, Paul Ray Adams, III and Bryan A. Adams; grandchildren, Bryan Andrew Adams, Jason Adams, Ethan Allen Adams, Douglas Colvell and Allyson (David) Gill; great grandchildren, Aria Gill, Lionell Adams, Ellie Adkins and Brycen Adkins.

Per his wishes, he will be cremated and no services.
