Brenda Johnston

Brenda Gay Johnston, 76, of Lewisburg passed away on February 6, 2026 at the Lewisburg Healthcare Center in Ronceverte following a short illness.

She was born December 31, 1949 in Havre De Grace, MD. And was the daughter of the late William Pershing and Opal Virginia Wyatt Johnston.

Brenda in her early working career was a caregiver and baby setter, follow by employment at ABB. She then went to work and retired from Appalachian Electronics.

Other than her parents she was preceded in death by her siblings; Vicki Anthony (Andy), Perkie Johnston (Teresa) and John David Johnston (Marie).

Those left to cherish the many fond memories of Brenda are her sisters; Margaret Johnston Bovee (Rich), Donna Johnston Legg and Debbie Johnston Smith (Chuck); brother Richard Johnston; half sisters, Micki Oshiro (Jamie) and Melissa Buckland (Bryan); and numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held in the Spring of 2026 for Brenda.
