Phyllis Bennett

Ms Phyllis Mae Bennett, 85 of Nallen, West Virginia went to be with her Heavenly Father Sunday, January 11th, 2026 at Summersville Memorial Hospital.

She was a lifelong member of Chestnut Grove Methodist Church. She was a bank teller at Community Trust Bank in Summersville, West Virginia retiring in 2002.

A beloved sister to her surviving brother, Floyd J Bennett and beloved cousin Carole Cooper. Her passing is mourned by her niece, Vicky O’Dell and husband Rodney; nephew Chad Bennett and wife Theresa; niece, Jeanette Bennett; great niece Renae Maelynn Kennison; great nephews, Derek O’Dell and wife Sydney, Nathaniel and Evan O’Dell and wife Savannah and great-great-nephews James, Collin and Easton O’Dell.

Service to be held at Wallace and Wallace Funeral Home in Ansted West Virginia on Saturday, January 17, 2026 with visitation at 12:00 p.m. Service officiated by Reverend Michael Loudermilk at 1:00 p.m. Processional to Chestnut Grove Cemetery Nallen West Virginia following.
