Perry Hubbard, 67 passed away on November 27, 2025 in White Sulphur Springs.
Born on August 8, 1958 in Madison, WV, Perry spent his life rooted in the Appalachian Region he called home.
A proud veteran of the United States Army, Perry served with honor and commitment. Following his military service, he dedicated his career to the coal mining industry, a profession that exemplified his strength and resilience. His work reflected a deep commitment to providing for his family and contributing to the community that shaped him.
Perry is preceded in death by his parents, Thelma and Bethel Hubbard of William’s Mountain, West Virginia.
He is lovingly remembered by his wife, Deborah Hubbard; his daughters, Emily Hubbard, Rebecca Morris and her husband Zack; his cherished grandchildren that love and miss their “Pappy” dearly; Skylin Hubbard, Lincoln Hubbard, Amelia Morris, and Lucas Morris; his brother David Hubbard and his wife Teresa. Perry’s legacy lives on through them and the many lives he touched throughout his life.
Perry’s wished were cremation with no service.
