Richard D. Redden

Richard D. “Ricky” Redden, 59, passed away early on Tuesday morning, June 23, 2026 from injuries from an automobile accident.

He was born on March 31, 1967; he was the son of the late Richard R. Redden and Karen Wenona Simms.

In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his loving wife, Stephanie Dawn Fleshman Redden; sister, Beverly Morrell; brother, Jesse Dean Redden; a niece Jessica Martin Young.

Thru out Ricky’s life, he had worked at Mulligan Lumber in Ronceverte, Georgia Pacific in Rainelle, Mountaineer Farm Center in Union and Townsend Tree Service.

Those left to cherish his memory are his mother, Karen Brant; son, Adam Redden; sister, Karen “Chris” Martin; granddaughter, Rosie and a host of family and friends.

Visitation will be 5:00 until 7:00 p.m., on Monday, June 29, 2026 at Wallace & Wallace, Rainelle. Following the visitation, he will be cremated and his ashes will be placed in Howard F. Simms Cemetery, Loops Rd., Danese at a later date.
