Ralph Meadows

Ralph Eugene Meadows, 81, of Covington passed away on February 20, 2026.

He was born on February 19, 1945 at Thayer, WV; he was the son of the late Sonnie Meadows and Noka Gwinn.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Cindy Smith Meadows and a son, Sonnie Ray Meadows.

He was an Army veteran. He was a railroad foreman working on buildings and bridges. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening and bicycling.

Survivors include a son, Anthony Meadows of Stanton, VA; sisters, Dreama Gunter of Meadow Bridge and Carlita St. Clair.

Service will be 1:00 p.m., Saturday, February 28, 2026 at Wallace and Wallace Chapel, Rainelle. Burial will follow at DeQuasie Cemetery, Lockbridge. Visitation will be from 12:00 until time of service at the funeral home.
