“Trout” Armentrout

"Trout" Wayne Armentrout passed on November 22, 2025 at Oak Hill Place, an assisted living home.

He was preceded in death by his son Sky Armentrout, sister, Rebecca Armentrout Taylor in addition

to his parents.

Those left to cherish his memory are his companion, Janet Adkins Ward, daughter-in-law, Natasha Armentrout;

grandchildren, Amanda Grace Armentrout Lambert (Mitchell) and Dalton Wayne Armentrout; two nephews,

Denny Pack and Dale Pack, many special friends and extended family.

Trout was a member of Gum Springs Baptist Church of Chimney Corner, WV, and attended Lovers Leap

Baptist Church in Ansted, WV.

He loved hunting and fishing, the outdoors, walking, gardening and helping everyone.

There will be a Graveside Service on Saturday, November 29, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. Visitation will be held

at the Chapel of Rest Mausoleum at Restlawn Memory Gardens starting at 1:00 P.M.until time of service.

In lieu of flowers they ask that donations be made to Lovers Leap Baptist Church, PO Box 45,

101 Henry Loving Street, Ansted, WV 25812.
